Pathetic Service!

<p>Last night, 16/06/2016 we ordered a pizza and garlic bread which I ordered online via the website made the payment with credit card. The order went through at 17:46. We waited for an hour and no pizza, my husband called and the person that answered the telephone checked and advised that the order is on it's way. We waited for an half an hour and nothing! My husband called again and the person that answered said again the order is on it's way which was not the case, waited till 19:45 and called can spoke to the manager, she explained that they only recieved the order at 18:44!!!! How can that be, why is your staff lying in the first place to say that the order is on its way while they only just received it, please customer service does not work like this! Please get this sorted otherwise you will lose a valuable customer! I have screen shots of the app when the order went through as well as the slip I received from the delivery guy.
