Pathetic service

<p>I ordered pizza at Debonairs sparks road online at 2.30 and asked for it to be delivered at 4. I called at 4.15 to enquire about my order and why it was not delivered at 4. The lady that answered the phone said my order is on its way which I think was a lie. I made 6 calls to them and at 4.40 I asked to speak to the manager . He told me the driver is on his way. I was really frustrated coz my children and I are fasting and the pizza is still not here. I kept on phoning and took off with the manager and said if it's not here by 5.00 I am cancelling the order. The driver arrives at 5.05..1 minute before we break fast. I regretted ordering the pizza coz it caused me so much of frustration and anxiety. All the manager said sorry. Sorry doesn't help when u waiting for food to break your fast. And the sticker was black so it shows how cold pizza was delivered. Their service is pathetic and disgusting.</p>
