Pathetic Service

<p>I placed an order online, followed up about 80 minutes later on the status of the order , I was told that the pizzas has been finished for a while but that no driver is available , I was asked if I have transport to collect myself ( very arrogant and irritated tone of voice ). I requested to speak to a manager, the sales lady started swearing obviously very irritated , I was told the manager is not available. I requested once more to speak to a manager, wanting to report the swearing and unacceptable service, exactly the same ( swearing ) happened again. I was informed once more that the manager is not available. I then told the sales lady to leave everything and cacel the order. 40 Minutes later a driver arrives , pizzas is cold , sticer on box is no longer red but completely black. After refusing to pay for the order the driver phoned the store and I was offered a 10% discount. After another 2 calls to the store by the driver , the manager agreed that there will be no charge or cost to the driver for the pizza. I gave these free " 2 hour old " cold pizzas to the driver.</p> <p>I normally collect as the local branch is on my way home , but the local branch does not make the pizzas if I phone for collection anymore ( was told its company policy) so I have to wait in the store for order to be prepared . I dont quit understarnd the use of phoning in an order for collection to speed things up anymore. So one cant collect and they cant deliver ........ not going to spend 30 mins in a queue.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was a regular client , but most definitely will not buy from them again , huge disappointment...</p>
