Pathetic service

I ordered Pizza @ 16h35 instore. Asking how long it will take after which se told me 15 - 20 minutes. I went to buy something else and returned to Debonairs @ 16h55 only to find out the invoice never printed and they will only start the order then. I eventually received my order @ 17h12 which I feel is totally unacceptable seeing as the shop wasn't busy yet they slipped up to put the order through to the kitchen. Not one of the staff members apologized once about the mistake. I feel it is pathetic service and to be honest I would not recommend them to anyone again in fact I will tell people how pathetic the service was.

Order was triple decker meaty and also triple decker creamy chicken.

The pizza was dry and didn't even have everything on like the menu indicates.
