Pathetic service

The service at protea gardens is terrible, I ordered pizza through the app at 11:53, its 13:08 and the app shows that they are still making it. I've tried calling the store several times, but the line rings without an answer. Pleas e do something about this, coz it seems I can only get a delivery from them as the app wont let me choose my desired store.
