pathetic service

A friend and i decided to buy pizza from Debonairs And to our surprise the service couldn't of had been any worse! We have been purchasing pizza from this branch for years. Firstly this was an order for delivery, normally debonairs does not charge us a delivery fee and when i Enquired about this the cashier was rude and just stated that there is a fee.<br> Secondly when the order arrived it was incorrect, when i called the store the manager, Sarika, insisted that she heard the cashier confirm the order and that it was correct and the cashier stated that i hadn't been too busy FIGHTING for the delivery charge i would have got my order correct. After correcting the order a 1lt coke was sent to us, i thought that this was a complimentary item because of the misundertanding and hassle only to find out that the manager made 2 calls demanding payment and drivers were sent twice. I think that this is no way to treat customers and before you take an employees part both sides of the conversation needs to be heard!! utterly disappointed with this service and will be sure to inform friends and family about this!!!
