Pathetic service
Pathetic service from Debonairs Phoenix plaza. I have placed an order with your branch and had to wait over 90mims for delivery after being informed that delivery will be done within 45mims.
My kids are on holiday and have requested pizza for dinner, I placed an order online and after about 35mins I noticed that my order has not yet left the store, worried that it might take too long I contacted the store to get answers, as my husband wanted to change the order to collect hoping it will save time.
I was informed that I will receive my delivery in 45mins and I chose to put my trust in your service, I have never regretted any of my decisions more than now.
After endless disconnected calls and a lot of frustration 90mins later I get my delivery and I don't even we want to start complaining about the food.
Really disappointed with drop in standards of such a famous brand.
