Pathetic Service!

At 13:10 I tried calling Debonairs Mt Edgecombe five times to order lunch but was engaged so I decided to order in store as they are in the same mall as my workplace. Placed order at 13:23 with Valencia Ramalu and asked if they can send the order to my workplace upon which she agreed. At 14:00 no delivery. Tried calling a further five times and still engaged. Went back to the store and she casually asks me for my order number, I hand her my slip and say you guys were suppose to send it to me, to which her reply was there were no delivery guys available! I had to leave my work to fetch food which I had paid for while there were three other staff in their store. If she had said that she could not send it for me I would have accepted that and waited for the pizza. No apology, sincerity and courtesy toward clients. I asked for the managers number and was turned down instantly. However I did manage to finally eat a nice cold pizza at 2:35, an hour past my lunch break. Terrible service...really... attitude of staff is even worse.
