Pathetic Service
What pathetic service I got from Debonairs Glenwood in Durban on Rick Turner Road. The staff is so rude and so very unprofessional with no s****s or knowledge of what customer service is. How do you wait for nearly 2 hours for a pizza and when you approach the staff they get more upset that you ask for your order. After my 3rd time of asking the girl behind the counter asked her colleague for my order and in their zulu language they said I must just wait and it was a big joke to them. Lucky for me someone in the store understood what was said and told me. What pathetic service from such a big brand.
