Pathetic service

This morning at 10:20am. We ordered a Triple Decker pizza (Half/Half) )online for very important clients. We followed up after an hour and we were told that the driver has left the store. We followed up again several times until we asked for the drivers number. He stated that he does not know where he is. The lady Thobe at Glenwood told us that we should cancel when we told her that the pizza will arrive cold. We are still waiting for the pizza and it has been almost 3 hours. This is the most pathetic service ever and the driver was rude.

We were told that he was new, but what is the purpose of having a GPS????????????????????????????????????????????? Order Number: ***5 Called Debonairs several times. We had very important clients to serve Debonnairs. Called the driver several times and he was lost and we received no joy.
