Pathetic service!

Absolutely putrid service, my order was placed at 18:44,at 19:23 I called to ask about my order, the manager told me, their "normal" delivery time is an hour and a half and when it is convenient for the driver to deliver he will. This is ridiculous, for one pizza. I've changed my restaurant from Phoenix Plaza to mount Edgecombe hoping the service and overall food will be better but this is highly disappointing, I can confidently say that I will never be ordering from any debonairs from now onwards as this seems to be the overall standard in all your branches!
