Pathetic Service

I ordered pizza at Karaglen Mall Debonairs Pizza at 17:57 to be delivered to my girlfriend and she only received it at 20:13. During that process I tried making numerous calls asking how long will it take for my girlfriend to receive it but coudnt get through so I ended up walking there since I work in the same centre. When I got there when I asked the cashier why is it taking long for my girlfriend to get her order she told me they short of drivers and my order has gone with the driver already. Of which I understand but my question is why was I not told when I ordered or at least they could have called me and notified me about the delay. I left bought her something from steers next door and took it to my girlfriend myself cause it was 2hours already and she was supposed to take her medication. When I got home I found the driver by the gate. I asked him why did it take long he said he had too many orders and my pizza was cold and the top part of the box was stuck on the pizza that dot was black. I told the driver that the dot I black he said its because I touched it. Totally disgusted with the service!!!!!!
