Pathetic service

Yesterday I Ordered a Pizza at 7:10PM (26 Dec 2018) they advised that the pizza will be delivered in an hour, I called after 1hour ten minutes the manager told me that the she will call me back she never did I called again at 20:30 that's when the manager said she will check and call me back and she did call me back only to tell me that my Order is on the way, The driver arrived at 20:48 WITH A COLD PIZZA I told me the pizza is cold but he was quick to take my card and tap it he didn't even ask if he can tap it or I need to insert it so I can put in the pin. according to my understanding if the pizza us cold I get it for free the red sticker was even black and I Told him. I called again the manager told me its not his fault. I will never but Debonairs again your service is pathetic to say the least.
