Pathetic service

I have placed an order at 6:50 pm with boniswa, getting a confirmation SMS with order number being 160777 its been 1:30 mins and I have still not received my order as yet, I'm am disgusted with the service rendered. I have called again spoke to the same lady who's says she will check with the store and get back to me I'm still awaiting the call as well.
