Pathetic service

I ordered pizza at 19h05 on 16 Nov. It took 2 and a half hours to be delivered. When i tried to pay the speed point was not working so the delivery man left with the pizza. I called the springs gate debonair manager and she gave me nothing but excuses. Its not my problem as a customer to understand that speed points have network issues. Not only that , the guy had to stop trying to put through a payment because the speed point had run out of paper. start preparing dinner at 21h30.
