Pathetic service

I placed an order on 24 June 2022 at 10:59 using the app. I called the Laudium branch to follow up on my order at around 12:00 and the person who answered the phone hung up on me. I then received a call from the branch around 14:00 asking if I still wanted the pizza. I refused as it was 3 hours after I placed the order and I had made other arrangements. I asked for a refund and they agreed to process it. It is now 27 June, and I still have not received a refund. I called the customer care line and the agent also hung up on me
