Pathetic service

So we bought Pizza at Silverlakes Center in Pretoria East and made it very clear that we dont want onions as my kids dont like onions... when we got home,to my surprise the pizza was so dry inside,had soo much onions? ..what a waste..I have tried to report this within proper complaints channels and I received a lousy response that they will try to call me in 24hrs then my case will be closed.pathetic service..
