Pathetic service

I ordered a pizza online on saturday night 24th feb. I specifically asked for the debonnairs sauce to be taken off and the mexican sauce to be added as i do not eat the debonnairs sauce. I called the store and spoke to the manager. According to him its not their fault as i had ordered online and they cannot see what i see online they juat got an order of what i wanted and nothing about swaps. By this time they were already closed. The manager then said he would call the call centre anx find out what had happend and get back to me on sunday. Sunday he called and said he will get back to me on monday as the online people only get back to work on monday. Again because its not their fault but whoever designed the website. I do not care about who dealsigned what, as far as i am concerned i ordered a pizza from debonnairs whoch was incorrect and i would like a refund. I have still not gotten any feedback from the store yet. This is realy unfair as i paid for something that was not delivered and now its no ones problem? Realy pathetic service.
