Pathetic service

I tried calling Steers, Debonairs and Fishaways Newcastle I was placed on hold for long time on all the calls to these restaurants. I opted to order online despite the bad service I had with online order arriving late. The same again today I placed my order online for delivery @ 19h30 and only when I called the number I received after my online order was acknowledged via email. The manager I spoke to first said all orders to Arbor Park were out delivered already but will check on mine and get back to me. 5 min she called and apologize and said my order was leaving the shop this was at 21h00. Lame excuse of having only 1 driver delivering for all 3 restaurants. Pathetic indeed month end weekend with only 1 driver why not employ more staff there are people out there who needs jobs.
