PATHETIC SERVICE!

Two weeks ago I placed an order online for the Reservoir Hills branch to deliver in Pampally Way in Reservoir Hills and it was delivered perfectly fine, no issues whatsoever. Today I placed an order and paid online exactly the same way as I previously did, at 16:07, and surprisingly I received a call from my parents at 18:00 as the order was not delivered. I am in Johannesburg and I called the Reservoir Hills store to find out where the order is, and they now claim they DON'T deliver to pampally way, I asked how could they could not communicate this or not accept the online order so I can order from somewhere else. Yet they took my money nicely and cannot deliver to an address that they had previously delivered to 2 weeks ago! Nombulelo the cashier and Ayesha the manager are absolutely useless and arrogant, they cut the call 4 times on me without giving me any sort of solution or a refund, which infuriated me even more! I called head office and spoke to Regina who was supposed to be contacting the Reservoir Hills manager and is still getting back to me. I am absolutely appalled with the disgusting service from a franchise I regularly purchase from. Reservoir Hills Debonairs have utterly disgusting customer service, I will not support your store in future and certainly will not place online orders. The store saw the online order was for delivery in Pampally Way and accepted the order, now at 19:00 after placing the order at 16:07 and speaking to 3 different people, there is no pizza delivered and no refund of what I paid! People like Nombulelo, Ayesha and Regina are a disgrace to your brand!
