Pathetic Service!!

Placed an order at 12:07 and requested for it to be delivered at 2, we’ll knowing their service I had to order in advance. 1:55 I call in to confirm the order, spoke to 2 consultants Sibusiso and Nonhlanhla who advised that it was being set for delivery immediately. 2:30 no sign of the driver, no call to tell the reason for delay whatsoever. Called In 4 times thereafter to speak to the manager, the manager whilst on the line admitted to their phone being the problem. Hung up and no call back. Such poor service is a disgrace!!
