Pathetic Service

I ordered a sub on the 3 oct at 19:10. After waiting for about 45 mins I phoned to check what was going on with my order. I was told that the order will be delivered in 5 mins as it was on the way. I then waited another 30 mins and still no delivery. So I phoned and asked to speak to the manager on duty, who's name is Frank. I waited on the phone for 5 mins before he could come on the line, and he told me he is going to check with the driver about my order and he will call me back in 3 mins. Again I waited, another 10 mins and no call back. So I phoned again, waited again on the phone, and told Frank to cancel my order. This is such pathetic service! The staff and manager do not know what is customer service, it seems they don't care about their customers. It is now after 9pm and I have to make something for supper, I wasted my time and airtime. Absolutely pathetic!
