Pathetic service

I placed my order online and paid in full at 19:09 on 26 November 2021. Made more than 20 calls trying to locate my order. Everytime I was transferred to number another number where no one answers calls. It's now 21:36 and no supper. This is pathetic service. I want a full refund. I am so livid at this moment. I will not leave this here.
