Pathetic Service
Regularly places orders on Fridays and every time we received it late. Called the branch and spoke to three people, each one gave us a different answer. First the driver was out already then no order could be found and then we have a shortage of drivers. The driver eventually arrived 21:45 after which the pizza was cold. Quality commitment made by Debonairs that if the dot is black the pizza is free, however we had to pay. This is absolutely pathetic service. When i called to speak to the manager (Anthea) I was informed that she was busy on another call. What happened to customer service.
