Pathetic Service

We placed an order at Debonairs online, after one hour went by and we phoned Debonairs to follow-up, they advised that they haven't even started with the order and it will take another hour and a half. After our order was delivered, the Quality promise sticker was not even on the box, the food was cold, and our order was wrong. This is very disappointing and we will never order from a Debonairs again and will strongly encourage others to rather order somewhere else!
