Pathetic service

<p>I complained about few days ago about the lat delivery. Debonairs Maponya manager Andile called me on Tuesday apologising and promised to deliver a free pizza to my house as a gesture of goodwill. Until today nothing! I called the branch today and spoke to another manager Terrence who did not even know about my query. The way I was so angry I told him to speak to Andile for information because I'm tired of explaining myself. Really, is this the service we pay for???</p>
