Pathetic service

<p>My husband and I ordered this evening at 18:39. We ordered via the app. My husband ordered a something meaty pizza filla. The order was delivered at 19:51. The delivery man was in a hurry with a delivery box full of orders still to be delivered he didn't allow us chance to check the order before he left. He removed the order from the box, closed the box, proceeded with the payment and left.As soon as we got inside we opened the box to find the pizza was a normal something meaty and not a filla. The filla is R39.90 extra so of course we decided to rather call the branch and let them know we had the wrong pizza so the delivery guy can swap the pizza for the one we had paid for. The branch originally told us the correct pizza was left behind by the driver, then the lady called the manager who told us she is going to make a fresh one and send it to us. An hour passed. I called again. I was told they are awaiting a driver still and the pizza will be sent as soon as one comes in. Another hour passed, time now being 21:52, I called again and was told the driver collected the pizza 20 minutes prior, it should have been at us already. We live 4.6km from the branch. After 21:00, I doubt he was held up by traffic. The pizza areiver at 21:56. 4 minutes before the closing time of the store. The pizza was already cold and the box had oil stains on the lid from the foods that were obviously stacked on top not it during delivery. This was not a fresh pizza, the dot showing the temperature was already black. This was not a pizza that left the branch 25 minutes earlier in a insulated delivery box. How is this acceptable? The order was only sorted 2 hours after the branch was contacted and notified and they had assured us it was going to be resolved as a matter of urgency. I am disgusted at the level of service we recieved this evening. This is not what the brand promotes in advertising. Cold pizza that you have to wait hours for because you have already paid for the order and are no longer a priority.</p>
