Pathetic Service

<p>Debonairs promenade is a real big joke. After receiving a voucher code to get me to order again because I stopped after having a horrible experience with the same store. Well I thought I would give them one more chance in all honesty I enjoy there pizza.....but really nothing could have prepared me for another horrible experience. I placed a order at 6:30 give or take a few minutes for a double deal pizza that's it that's all I ordered beleive it or not at 20:50 still waiting on delivery with two hungry kids nagging me for food. I am fuming this store has no courtesy at all. Cannot pick up a phone to call and explain any delays. They make decisions for you on what they think you would want. When you call them they ask you to say whether u want to order or enquire both selections disconnects the call. Promenade Debonairs useless. Customer Service pathetic. </p>
