PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!

<p>I reveievd the worst service at the debonairs in good wood I can't believe it after getting such wonderful service at all times from the debonairs in V&A. I phone ordered at 10:11 and I'm still sitting waiting in the store at 10:45. Please tell me what is the point of the phone order then? The sales assistant clearly told me it would take about 15Min. When I got to the store firstly there was no order not even a straight line they just helped whoever they felt like helping. Secondly the lady that assisted me had no interest at all not a hello or even a thank you. I'm so disgusted. The people that was busy making the food looked half asleep like honestly!! This isn't how you treat customers. I walked out the store at 10:55 and that's only cause I had to get up and go ask how far my order is. This is terrible your service should at all times be spectacular. </p>
