Pathetic service!

I called a few minutes after six in the evening, of Saturday, 4 April. I placed an order for the current special running, for R119.90, and was told I'd receive it within 35 to 45 mins - WHICH I DIDNT!!!! I called again at 19:20 to find out if my order was placed and was then told (by the manager -Gloria) there's only one driver available for the night and that the cashier was supposed to have informed me it would rather take 1hour 30mins. THIS IS PATHETIC AND UNACCEPTABLE FOR YOU GUYS TO THINK YOU CAN LIE TO ME AND THEN HAVE A SICK GUT TO OFFER ME A FREE PIZZA (WHICH I REFUSED TO TAKE & WOULD'VE PROBABLY TAKEN ANOTHER 2hrs OF MY LIFE!) LIKE IM LOOKING FOR FREE FOOD HERE! Had I been advised in the beginning that the delivery would take longer than usual, I would have collected it myself. I hate being played for a fool, especially when I'm hungry.
