PATHETIC SERVICE

I called Debonairs Bellville today at 12:40 pm and ordered 3 real deal pizza's to be delivered to my work which is not even 5km away. At 13:25 i called again as the pizza's had not yet arrived and was told by the lady on the phone that i should go wait in front as the delivery person would be there shortly. At 13:40 nobody had delivered my pizza so i called once again and was told that the delivery man had left 15min ago so should be there shortly. Eventually the pizza arrived at 14:05, 1hour and 25min after placing the order. It took that long to make and deliver 3 small pizzas to a place less than 5km away. To make things worse, after i paid for the pizza and went up to eat the pizza's were cold and was forced to warm it in the microwave. This is really pathetic and resulted in us not being able to enjoy the meal we were looking forward to eat.<br> <br> If this is the type of service i get from Debonairs Bellville, then i'll rather take my business somewhere else.
