Pathetic service

I went to purchase pizza yesterday at Debonairs Umhlanga 01/03/2015. I was there 18.13pm to place an order,<br> lady at front counter took the order, at 18.50 went to check if order was done, she told me in 6 minutes time, so I waited next she called no.151 and i was no.156. so i asked her where is my order it was 19.05pm and then she says oh the pizza still needs to go in the oven, I was so furious that I cancelled the order. Don't treat customers like this. Debonairs management need to catch a wake up. I will tell people how pathetic the service i got from them. I drove all the way to Verulam to buy pizza, My family had supper at 20.30pm. just because of some useless people.
