Pathetic Service

My husband had placed an order for a pizza at approx 16:45 on the 9th of Feb. An hour later he asked me to call Debonairs to check why he had not received the pizza. When I called, Sma (cashier) told me she was about to call me to tell me that my order had been delivered to the house next door - they had paid for the pizza and ate it. She said she will be sending me another pizza, I assumed free of charge as it was already an hour since I had placed the order. Our pizza was delivered 30 minutes after my call to her. So we had waited for 1.5 hours for our order which we had to pay for!! When I tried calling Sma back saying we will not be paying, there was no power and no alternate contact number to reach her on!!!! <br> So apparently this is what happened - when the driver arrived, someone walked up to him saying that the pizza belongs to them and so they paid for it and ate it. This is despite having our name and location/physical address printed on the invoice - the driver did not verify any information before handing over the pizza!!!! The Manager, Nonkululeko who I spoke to today at 17:20 accepts no responsibility for this stuff up!!! <br> Most Disgusting customer service!
