Pathetic service
Ordered a pizza with delivery from Debonairs in parkmore at 7:10pm. It arrived 2 hours later at 9:10pm. It was cold, the "hot or not" indicator had turned black indicating a cold pizza, it had been in the box so long that when I lifted the first piece it was stuck to the cardboard and ripped up some of the box. Tried phoning the shop 3 times in the space of the 2 hour wait and they kept promising to phone me back but only did so on my 3rd attempt. I had unfortunately paid online with my credit card when I placed my online order and therefore I would like a refund of this payment. Pathetic service
