Pathetic resolutions to complaints
I recently lodged a complaint with Debonairs because after waiting a ridiculous time for my pizza, I was then not give my cooldrink I paid for. I received a message saying \Debonairs Customer Care Case 134942 has been Resolved. We thank you for your interaction."I then wasted my petrol again going to pick up the goods only to be told that there is no record of it. I was just going to leave it but I want everyone to know how pathetic Debonairs is and just how they disregard clients. Even when the client has already paid for goods!!"""
