pathetic quality of food

I had ordered 5 pizzas on the 13th and the quality was shocking. Firstly it looked unappetizing as they had used 'black mushrooms' which gave the pizza an extremely disgusting look and that was on 3 of the5 pizzas. Secondly I had ordered 2 veg pizzas and omitted the olives and requested that it be replaced for peppers or onions and that I have a chillie base, the pizza had nothing but a few tomatoes pieces, probably half a bottle of sauce and cheese. There was so much sauce on it that what ever little filling was on the pizza could not stay on when picked up. This is not the first time that bad quality was sent out of debonairs pinetown. I'm not sure of which market they cater for but I don't think anyone would be happy to pay for food of that quality. I had paid R181.00 for a meal for my family that could not be eaten. I have kept all the pizzas and whenever debonairs is ready to come and collect it the can give me a call as i spoke to the manager on duty who said she will get back to me at 8.30am on the14th of march, when the store opens again and sort out the problem but i havent received a call yet. there is absolutely no other branch that sends out pathetic quality like that.
