Pathetic product and service

On the 29 October 2019 I ordered a large triple decker pizza on line whilst have guest over. I collected the pizza when I arrived home I realized there was no creamy cheese on the pizza. The filling was a dry crust with peppers . I was so disappointed I was forced to cooks something else. I contacted the head office complaints department the next day and told them I wanted my money back . Two day later the branch call me to ask that I return the pizza. I have a tiny fridge and I told the complaints officer I am throwing it away The co assured me the regional manager would contact me . I have not received any calls or correspondence to date. I am disappointed with the product and the pathetic service . I am in the food industry as well this is not how we treat our customer. Bronwyn Pietersen ***
