Pathetic people in management
I posted a complaint a few months ago when my mums pizza wasnt delivered after 3 hours, i eventually spoke to Ridwaan khan who claimed to be a area manager and stated he was serious about service and bla bla bla - he also stated if i ever needed help i should call him, I sent him numerous messages this morning to which he read and didnt bother to respond. Eventually i sent him a message saying i will contact someone higher and all of a sudden he started to call me. really is this the type of clowns that you employ in a large franchise? Your managers suck! Service sucks! drivers suck! but yet you guys are still open for business - bunch of clowns - Ridwaan should find another job - one that he can actually do.
