Pathetic on App ordering

Last night, 26 March 2020 at 18h30 I ordered food from their Katlehong branch on the app. I paid, I got an email confirming my order and saying it was being prepared, and nothing..... Waited and waited, phoned an phoned but everything was closed. When will I receive my refund because this is totally unexceptable and pathetic.
