Pathetic management in debonairs
This is from my previous REVIEW on debonairs ... Nomfundo is the manager on duty at debonair in Phoenix plaza, she was rude and arrogant and I would like the call recordings. She was screaming at me and arguing. I would like to take you this up with the highest authority. This is absolutely wrong and pathetic customer service. As a manager she as no way of speaking and can not problem solve so how is she a manager?
