Pathetic Management and staff

Last night I ordered 2 pizzas. The delivery guy was in a very big hurry and hooted continuously even after I opened the door and went towards him to collect the delivery. The neighbours even asked what was wrong with him because I'm standing next to him and hes still hooting. I believe that in his hurry he dropped the pizzas on the ground because when he left and I opened the boxes, the slices were all mixed up and on top of each other. The boxes when he gave it to me had black dots. I phoned the branch immediately and was told that they will get the manager to phone me back. I waited until 15 minutes has passed and called again. This time they left me hanging and told me to wait for the manager. After 15 minutes I cut and redialed. This time the woman said she will get the manager to call me back. Up to now no one has had the courtesy to call back. I couldn't eat the pizza because it was looking like it was handled very unhygienically and battered. No one, not even the owner of this branch who doesn't care about his customers, would dare to touch these filthy, germ infested pizzas. Most annoying is that the manager doesn't care at all about customer service and never bothered to call me back. What a waste of my money and time and I had to order from another institution to get something to eat. I am very upset because this is a health hazard and yet they are not concerned. You have lost one very loyal customer for ever.
