Pathetic Management and driver skills

Yesterday I ordered a pizza at 12pm and it was delivered to me in a terrible state, when I opened the pizza it was squashed onto the side of the box and looked utterly disgusting. I then called the driver back and showed him which in turn he said he'd return it to the store and they are experiencing load shedding. I then personally had to call the store which they answered only at 3pm and the manager then states the driver told his manager then I had asked him to slide the pizza sideways through my gate which was a lie. I was then asked for proof to back myself up from the store manager and was later promised that they would compensate me with another pizza and a 1l coke, the driver then arrives at 4pm with the pizza and when I questioned him as to why he **** he says his manager is saying her own things. He then refused to wait till I called his manager and when she did eventually pick up, she says she will call me back when the driver arrives to the store, please note that my pizza was delivered to me again, without the compensated 1l coke. So please debonairs pizza Newlands west, what pathetic service are you guys running?
