Pathetic food quality

I had ordered a meal online from the Debonairs app and also made an online payment. My meal was due to arrive at 18:07 as per the app, tracking the driver I noticed he was running late, none the less, I waited at the gate as the app had indicated that the driver was close by. A few minutes passed and the app now stated the driver was here and the order has been completed, however here I am standing at the gate with no order. I contacted the store and got through a call Centre, Buhle heard my story and advised that she will contact me shortly. Unfortunately, I still haven't recieved the call from Buhle. More than an hour after placing my order, Sibusiso arrives with my order, I accept it and tiped him again and took the meal as I was really hungry. Upon opening the box I find the pizza in a very unappealing condition. The meal was ice cold like it came from a cold room, the pizza was folded as if the box was turned upside down and due to it being cold, it was rubbery. This is such poor service from a recognized company like Famous Brands.
