PATHETIC EVEN WITH PROMISING OF CALLING BACK
After my complaints of an order I put through a week ago on a Saturday evening and waited 3hrs and no delivery and contacted the manager and the bucket was pass to another and she threw the fone in my ear, I gave up. I am still waiting for the manager or customer care to contact me as this is a promise they made after receiving my complaint on [URL Removed] They are quick to say they will call you back when you expose them but they make empty promises. I am still not happy with the fact that nobody took matter in hands. Pathetic service.
