Pathetic delivery services

Good day

Saturday at about 19:38 I ordered from debonairs online , waiting on my order and at 20:48 i decided to call to find out whats going on with my order. I called and no one answered. I tried at least 3 times.

At 22:09 I got a call from debonairs to tell me that there is only one swipe machine and that they called to find out if I have cash to pay for the order.

How do you offer deliveries but only have one swipe machine secondly how can someone call me after 10pm to ask me that???

Obviously after calling you people 3 times and to no avail I had no other choice but to make a other plan for something to eat. This is pathetic and I cannot believe I actually went back after complaining about that branch before. I would think things would change

This is not the first time I complain about debonairs in Westgate Mall Mitchells Plain. I would think they would change but this is just the worst and I am officially done with debonairs and will never ever recommend any other person to order from that branch
