Pathetic delivery service- Debonairs Escombe

As loyal customers we recently we ordered pizza from the Debonairs in Escombe ,we always order the same selection and they have our details on the system

The expected waiting time is 45mins to an hour But after the first hour and a half had past we redialed the call centre to which they said that they are very busy and the driver is 15 minutes away

Another 30 minutes past and we called again Usually we try to be patient but this was becoming very frustrating after 2 hours

On the 3rd hour the call centre called us back To which we had to cancel the order And I even called the store to confirm that the order was cancelled

4 hours later ,the driver shows up with the delivery I didn't bother to go outside ,so he called my number stating the delivery was here I told him we already cancelled and notified the store ,to which he clicked his tongue and cut the call

Fast forward to today 17th August 22 We decided to try them again To find out they blocked us on the system so we can't place any more orders

I asked the lady at the call centre to kindly give my number to the manager and I'm expecting a call back....

It just shows that Loyalty get you nowhere And personally I don't think they will get any further business from me and Il be sharing this post with all my friends and family to make them aware
