Pathetic Delivery and lack of communication

I placed an order at 18:55 today. When the order arrived, I only got two of the three pizza's and one which was the wrong pizza.

After calling the Phoenix Plaza branch about 4 times I kept getting told they were looking into, on the fourth call I was told that the driver reported back saying he delivered the order, making me seem like a ****.

It's now 21:27 and I'm still waiting for my order.
