Pathetic

Been trying a month to get 2 refunds from Bluewater Bay store. Pathetic excuses and customer service. The 3rd refund the lady phoned me and aksed if I can please let them prepare the order then they only have to refund 2 of my 3 refunds. I agreed, 5 minutes later I get a call from the store that they dont even have all the ingredients. at that point i waws over arguing and fighting and accepted the pizza with no complaints! To date I have not received my other two refunds. They might as well close the branch because everyone is complaining about this service
