Ordered a meaty triple decker pizza from debonairs traderoute mall lenasia it was delivered after eating 2 slices of the pizza my family couldn't eat it anymore because the bottom layer was bone dry the top layer was drenched in bbq sauce my kids looked forward to having supper takeouts and were forced to eat toast as the pizza was unedible on calling the store the manager tells me that there is nothing she can do about my complaint as they are closing and next time the pizza will be better I'm highly ****ed off as I spent money on a meal that had to be discarded as my family got nauseas after eating the 1st 2 pieces because of all the dripping bbq sauce. I am very unsatisfied and will no longer be contributing my patronage to Debonairs Traderoute in Lenasia. It is very sad to note that the manager of the store could or would do nothing about my complaint. As a paying client who was unsatisfied with the product we received after paying for it was very disturbing. I am writing to Hello Peter in the hopes that something can be done with regards to my complaint or else my last resort is to take this to the media.
