Pathetic Customer Service with a bunch of ******

I placed an online order at 19:21 on Friday 2022.

40 minutes later I received a call from one of the guys in store, he told me they are a bit busy and my order will be slightly delayed, as soon as it is done and they driver arrives he will be on his way.

More then an hour later I called the store, enquire about the delivery. The same guy answered and said the order has already left with the driver but he will call to check. At that point it showered the order had left with Eric on the website.

I called the again after 15 minutes to enquire what's happening, the guy then said the driver left a while ago he thought I had received the order.

He said he will call me back shortly.

I called again 5 minutes later, no answer then I called again 10 minutes later. When this guy answered he gave me a new story and told me, a guy can in the store and collected an order for me.

I completely lost it with this guy on the phone cos he is blatantly lying to me since the 1st call.

1. This guy **** to me, telling me the order left with a driver

2. he told me that he thought I received the order by now

3. He says someone came in store and collected my order, how can my order just be giving to anyone without prove of payment, payment confirmation or anything.

4. when I told this guy on the phone, he is lying to me cos the website shows my order was giving to the driver Eric, this guy quickly change the website to collected in store.

5. When I told this guy that my pizza is going to be cold buy the time it reaches me, he then assured me that no worried it was in a warmer and the driver has it in a warmer as well so should be okay by the time it reaches me.

6. I asked this guy for his name, as at this point I was extremely furious, I have 3 kids at home waiting for supper since 19.30 and this guy refuses to even give me his name. I asked this guy several times for his name and he completely refeused.

I told him I want to report this cos I have been ******. This is a complete violation of my privacy and theft.

This Guy working in Debonairs Gardens is a ****, ***** and completely disrespectful.

I have a chronically ill son at home that has waited to eat for 2 and a hour half and then to be **** to in this manner is a complete disgrace and at 22.41.

I have ordered from Woodstock and Cape Town Strand street branch and never had such treatment or never been ******.

I feel completely disappointed in Debonairs, I'm not sure what kind of busines is being operated here but this is ridiculous.

Money has been debited and I have not received anything. Complete *******, I can not help but wonder how many other people have been ****** by this branch,

I mean I ordered a Pizza, paid the delivery, paid the driver tip and then this guy comes and lies like this. Debonairs needs to vet there employees properly.

At 22.52 on 25 November 2022 this guy decides the send a driver with the Pizza, barely warm, looks terrible and then my crushed chilli wasn't with.

When the driver gets here he actually asks my son cash or card, I mean really. after all this **** you still ask this.
